Blanket Giveaway 2021

TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sales volume for prize qualification shall be calculated based on total blanket (stadium, mink, and sherpa) units sold by each Partner between January 8, 2021 at 12:00 AM PST and January 20, 2021 at 11:59 PM PST. Accounts can not be combined, nor can we combine purchases through the GearLaunch Platform, the GearLaunch Shopify App, or CSV orders. Limit of 5 free blankets per Account or shipping address.

1. ELIGIBILITY

GearLaunch’s Blanket Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, as well as valid business entities, that: (a) are already registered as Partners of the GearLaunch.com as of January 8, 2021 or (b) register and are approved as Partners of GearLaunch.com between January 8 and January 20, 2021. Void where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

All individuals and/or entities that are Partners in good standing as of the commencement of GearLaunch’s Blanket Giveaway shall be automatically eligible to win. Individuals who are not already Partners wishing to take advantage of the Blanket Giveaway must first visit the GearLaunch website located at www.GearLaunch.com, complete the applicable registration process, and receive email confirmation. All completed registrations must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) of the last day of the contest program period in order to be eligible for a prize. The GearLaunch.com database clock will be the official timekeeper for this contest. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Each GearLaunch Partner shall have the opportunity to earn a prize beyond the profits that Partners already may earn from GearLaunch products and/or services. Prizes will be awarded to Partners based on the number of qualifying units (blankets) from them during the contest period.

For purposes of these Rules, “Sales” shall be defined as all products sold by a Partner of GearLaunch, less any subsequent deductions for canceled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks or other disqualifying events (collectively, “Chargebacks”). ALL DETERMINATIONS REGARDING PROFITS AND CHARGEBACKS SHALL BE MADE BY GEARLAUNCH IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION PURSUANT TO GEARLAUNCH.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AVAILABLE AT GEARLAUNCH.COM.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION

All potential winners will be notified via email, within approximately two working weeks after the total numbers are tabulated. 

“Notification” is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending an email. In order for a potential winner to claim their prize, the potential winner must respond within seven (7) business days of Notification and may be required to sign and return additional documents required by GearLaunch. Failure to comply within this time period, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable or not returned properly executed, or if winner is found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with these Official Rules, will result in the potential winner forfeiting the prize.

5. PRIZES

PARTNERS SHALL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO FIVE (5) PRIZES BASED ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF QUALIFYING PRODUCTS SOLD. PARTNERS MAY NOT COMBINE ACCOUNTS. The winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. All prizes are non-transferrable.

“Qualifying Products” is defined as all sizes of Stadium Blankets, Mink Blankets, and Sherpa Blankets.
