TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

• The odds of winning will depend on each participant’s total number of sales.
• Sales volume for prize qualification shall be calculated based on total units sold by each Partner between January 20th, 2022, at 12:00 AM PST to February 28, 2022, at 11:59 PM PST.
• Only one account per Partner may qualify. Accounts may not be combined to qualify for higher prize tiers.

1. ELIGIBILITY

GearLaunch 2022 Kick-off Promotion is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, as well as valid business entities, that: (a) are already registered as Partners of the GearLaunch.com as of January 20th, 2022, or (b) register and are approved as Partners of GearLaunch.com between January 20th, 2022, and February 28, 2022. Void where prohibited by law.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

All individuals and/or entities that are Partners in good standing as of the commencement of GearLaunch 2022 Kick-off Promotion shall be automatically eligible to win. Individuals who are not already Partners wishing to take advantage of the GearLaunch 2022 Kick-off Promotion must first visit the GearLaunch website located at www.GearLaunch.com, complete the applicable registration process, and receive an email confirmation. All completed registrations must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) of the last day of the contest program period in order to be eligible for a prize. The GearLaunch.com database clock will be the official timekeeper for this contest. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest.

1. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Each GearLaunch Partner shall have the opportunity to earn a prize beyond the profits that Partners already may earn from GearLaunch products and/or services. Prizes will be awarded to Partners in CASH PAYOUTS: based on the amount of sales earned during the challenge, which will be paid in cash, based on the amount of sales earned during the challenge. For purposes of these Rules, “Sales” shall be defined as all products sold by a Partner of GearLaunch, less any subsequent deductions for canceled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, or other disqualifying events (collectively, “Chargebacks”). ALL DETERMINATIONS REGARDING PROFITS AND CHARGEBACKS SHALL BE MADE BY GEARLAUNCH IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION PURSUANT TO GEARLAUNCH.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AVAILABLE AT GEARLAUNCH.COM.

1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

All potential winners will be notified via email, within approximately two working weeks after the potential winners are selected. It will take another 4 – 6 weeks for cash sent or wire to the winners.

“Notification” is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending an email. In order for a potential winner to claim their prize, the potential winner must respond within seven (7) business days of Notification and may be required to sign and return additional documents required by GearLaunch. Failure to comply within this time period, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable or not returned properly executed, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with these Official Rules, will result in the potential winner forfeiting the prize.

1. PRIZES

PARTNERS SHALL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO ONE (1) PRIZE BASED ON THE HIGHEST SALES THRESHOLD ATTAINED. PARTNERS MAY NOT WIN MORE THAN ONE PRIZE. The winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. All prizes are non-transferrable.
