SENDING EMAILS
You can display up to five campaigns, one featured campaign and four other recommended campaigns of your choosing.
We have created and tested several subject lines and headers for you to choose from and pair with campaigns of your choice. Work with your account manager to submit requests for new subject lines or headers to be added to the platform.
A customer can be emailed once per week. Once a customer is sent an email from a store, they will not be able to be emailed again for 1 week and will not appear in audience lists.
Emails are counted across all stores under a partner ID. If you sent an email campaign from one store, you will see the emails deducted from all stores in your account.
